The 2022 Genesis Experience Summit was the first national training gathering since the 2019 GXS. Hosted at Queen’s Landing in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Genesis distributor network Experience Managers and Experience Managers-Ownership, along with Genesis Motors Canada internals met over two waves of attendees between June 20-24.
The training elements of the event were split over two days with a focus on products, via a variety of delivery platforms for one day and a second day focusing on luxury experiences. Attendees had the opportunity to
experience the GV60 on a road drive paired with a flat-out run in the GV60 and G70 on the local airport runway as part of the product day. Focusing on fostering luxury and treating retail store guests to luxury experiences was a core theme throughout GXS22. In that spirit, attendees were treated to luxury touches during their stay.
