The Genesis Experience Summit 2024 was hosted over two waves of Genesis network guests on Vancouver Island between July 10-17. Westin Bear Mountain in Langford was the host hotel property for 104 total guests, with staff staying at a nearby property. Training activities were held at the Vancouver Island Motorsports Circuit in Cowichan, with one module/activity held at the Malahat Skywalk on the Trans Canada Highway in Malahat. Guests also had the pleasure of dining at the spectacular Villa Eyrie Resort one evening on each wave.
The theme of the event was Experiencing Genesis, with a greater focus on experiences over typical classroom formatted training. Hands-on experience, first person observation, sampling, role playing, and interactive
competition were among the learning tools used to enhance learning and boost engagement among the guests.
FEL managed all aspects of this event - event planning and development, hospitality and content.
