Season 3 of the FEL Motorsports Sports Car Championship Canada (SCCC) and Emzone Radical Cup Canada (RCC) presented by Michelin marked a significant leap forward. The SCCC introduced the new TCA class, positioned below TCR, providing an affordable entry-level option and fostering young driver development within the series. The RCC season was highlighted by its debut at the Honda Indy Toronto, in collaboration with the Blue Marble Radical Cup, bringing a total of 31 cars to the grid. Concurrently, the SCCC made its second appearance at the Honda Indy, featuring 25 cars across the three classes. Notably, the event saw the participation of three IMSA drivers and, for the first time, an IMSA team, as Bryan Herta Autosport entered with factory driver Mark Wilkins behind the wheel.
Post-Toronto, the SCCC headed to GP3R, hosting another successful night race. Subsequently, Calabogie Motorsport Park witnessed the largest Canadian Radical grid in history, with 21 cars taking the green.
Both series experienced substantial growth, not only in on-track numbers but also online, with social media engagement and YouTube live streams doubling compared to previous years.
