A training course for Audi dealer staff designed to boost Q8 e-tron model introduction training knowledge retention, the Inner Circle program deployed five tours across Canada visiting the Audi dealer network.
Attendees for this program included all Audi brand specialists, Sales and CPO managers, Service managers and consultants, and delivery specialists.
Through hands-on demonstrations and discussions, dealer staff learned to speak intelligently in response to relevant questions and challenges posed by customers unfamiliar with why and how to live electric.
