Cross-Canada Regional Tour
The 2025 Volkswagen Tiguan Product Launch Training was a national, instructor-led program executed across eight Canadian tour stops between June 7 and July 16, 2025. Designed for Volkswagen’s sales and after-sales network, the course delivered hands-on product, brand, and competitive training ahead of the new Tiguan’s market introduction. Each session combined classroom learning with experiential modules such as product walkarounds, comparison drives, and marketplace briefings. A total of 758 participants attended over 30 training days, with FEL responsible for planning, logistics, hospitality, content delivery, and operational execution across both eastern and western tours.
FEL successfully executed a complex, multi-location national training initiative encompassing site operations, instructor coordination, vehicle logistics, and participant communications. The program achieved
strong performance metrics. Attendees cited the interactive format, competitive test drives, and practical application of product knowledge as key strengths. Operationally, the tour maintained consistent quality standards across all venues, meeting Volkswagen Canada’s objectives for dealer readiness, sales confidence, and product positioning ahead of launch.
