2025 Kia Master’s Trip

Kia Canada treated the top 20 award-winning technicians and service representatives from across Canada to a luxurious 5 day, 5-star all- inclusive, adults-only resort experience. The journey began with a user-friendly registration platform for submitting travel and personal details in advance. Award recipients received Kia-branded welcome packages, which included thoughtfully selected items for practical use during their trip. These packages were delivered to their homes ahead of the trip and also included essential travel documents. Upon arrival at Secrets Resort, all guests were presented with an amenity bag containing carefully chosen travel-sized items that some may have forgotten to pack or left at home. Throughout their stay, guests were pampered and provided shuttle service to and from the resort, unlimited dining and drinks at all five restaurants and bars, as well as private welcome and farewell receptions and dinners. A private chartered catamaran cruise was also offered for all guests, along with plenty of free time to relax and enjoy the resort’s amenities.
